Refund and Returns Policy

Cancellation

Down payments (DP) and payments made are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be rescheduled. If a participant cancels the trip, no refund will be issued.

Airlines Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure such as cancellation, delay, baggage regulation changes, or other flight disruptions caused by the airline or other factors, as well as local transportation obstacles, riots, etc., the travel agent cannot be held liable. All resulting losses are the responsibility of the participant. The travel agent will make every effort to assist in communicating with the relevant parties.

Exchange Rate Changes

The maximum exchange rate is 1 USD = 16,000 IDR. If the rate exceeds this amount, there will be an adjustment in costs.

Visa

  • Visa approval is entirely at the discretion of the embassy and cannot be influenced by any party. If a visa is denied, there is no refund for visa fees, insurance, tour DP, and other costs already paid to airlines/hotels/partners.
  • Participants must complete additional visa requirements requested by the embassy. If a participant refuses to complete the requirements due to personal reasons, the risk will be borne by the participant.
  • If the visa is not processed by METRAVELINDO, TRAVELINDO cannot provide supporting documents for the visa application.

Immigration

The immigration authorities of the destination country have the right to accept or deny entry. If denied, the travel agent is not responsible.

Local Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure such as natural disasters, riots, tense situations, etc., the itinerary may be changed both in terms of structure and schedule without prior notice, for the benefit and safety of the tour group. In such cases, the travel agent is not responsible for refunds of costs or money for services paid for but not used, including but not limited to additional costs.

Itinerary Changes

  • To ensure the smooth running of the tour, the itinerary may change without prior notice.

Payment Terms

  • DP 1: 1,000,000 IDR per person
  • DP 2: 4,000,000 IDR per person
  • DP 3: 4,000,000 IDR per person
  • DP 4: 4,000,000 IDR per person
  • Final Payment: 45 days before departure

Payment Terms

By registering, participants are deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions of PT Metromatika Teknologi Rekayasa.
